INT. BARE ROOM - DAY

A bare, neutral room, with white walls: sitting at a table, a young black man, with a plain, blood red top on, is being questioned. INNOCENT MUGENZI is a twenty-seven year old Rwandan man. He has the weary look of someone who's seen a lot.

Being on set as actor/director... and writer.

Being on set as the director is a frustrating, rewarding and mentally draining experience. It's frustrating to have to wait the sometimes very, very, very long setup (camera, lighting, props,...) before shooting each angle of each take of each scene... What sort of questions did they ask me? Most of the questions they ask, like 'what have you worked on lately?' are there to, not only break the ice, but also establish the hierarchy ('what have you worked on lately (and when)? 'Cos we're here to see if you're capable of doing this one job I've got here...').
